• Account info: Name and email address (via Google Sign-In)
• Trading data: Paper trading positions, MT5 imported trade history, mood journal entries
• Usage data: App interactions, AI coaching conversations
• Payment info: Subscription status (payments processed securely by Stripe)
• Device info: Push notification tokens for alerts

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide trading signals, AI coaching, and analytics features
• To manage your subscription and account
• To send push notifications for signals and daily briefings
• To improve app functionality and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared with:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Google: For authentication (Sign-In)
• AI Services: Chat messages are sent to AI providers for coaching responses (no personal data is stored by them)

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored securely in encrypted databases.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request complete deletion of your account and all data by emailing luxeterna.help@outlook.com. Data will be deleted within 7 business days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

LuxEterna is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app.
